As Australia’s largest manufacturer of safes we have developed the largest network of safe technicians to provide ongoing safe service and maintenance. Most of Australia’s banks and financial institutions specify and use our safes and safe servicing skills.

• Combination changes
  Over the years a multitude of safe combination locks have been used. The method of changing the combination for each is different. Our Safe Technicians are trained to change combinations to ensure the correct operation of the safe. At the same time the combination lock will be serviced reducing the chance of the lock failing.

  We have also produced a DVD, which describes how to change the combination for many of the common safe locks and this can be purchased from any of our Service Centres.
   
• Safe openings
  If you have a safe that you need open then API can offer a guarantee that we will get it open.
  
  Whether it be bank vault or strongroom or a domestic safe our trained safe technicians have the knowledge and equipment necessary to get the safe open.

• Safe Servicing
  A safe lock is an extremely accurate locking device. To ensure that your safe lock provides you with excellence in service we recommend annual servicing. This service ensures the reliable operation of the safe lock and helps prevent a situation where your safe is locked and can’t be opened.
  
  At the same time as servicing your safe our technician can assist you in changing the combination if you require it. Again the regular changing of combination is something we would recommend.

• Electronic Upgrade
  If you are sick and tierd of the complications involved in dialling in your combination to your safe lock then we may have the solution. These features include extensive audit trails to see who opened and when a safe has been opened.
